We are providing shipping all over the USA. Free shipping policy is applicable to standard delivery options and excludes priority or express shipping and on select item orders above USD 50. For all orders under USD 50, there is a minimal charge on standard shipping. We ship products only in the USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping option you have chosen. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Once the shipment tracking id is generated customer will be notified via SMS/email. It is customer responsibility to keep track of the shipment until its delivered and received.
Once the shipment package is picked up from our facility by the service provider, we are not authorized to change the address or any details, hence we will not entertain any request by the customer to make changes. Customers can contact the service provider for rescheduling or any changes.
Any item(s) ordered after 1:00 PM CST will be shipped out on the following business day regardless of the shipping service selected. Orders placed on Friday with next business day selection will be delivered on Monday. Our shipping business days are from Monday to Friday.
