Returns & Exchange Policy
You may return new and unused item(s) with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
If you received the delivered item(s) exact as per provided order details, you can even exchange it for another size/color/item within 30 days (based upon availability of desired size/color/item in stocks). These type of exchanges will not qualify for a return shipping label and its customer responsibility to reship the item(s). Also the customer will pay fee for the shipment of exchanged item(s). These type of exchanges are entitled for a restocking fee.
If you received the wrong/damage item(s), you will be provided free of cost return shipping label on your email upon request. These type of returns are not entitled for any restocking fee. Once the wrong/damage item(s) is received at our facility the replacement will be send back to you (as per our shipping policies).
However you can return the item(s) for a refund if you do not wish to exchange it. There will be restocking fee upon any return. If you receive an order with any defect or wrong item or wrong size, we will refund you in full along with any shipping fees incurred by you and restocking fee will be waived off.
- A 10% restocking fees applied if the product is in good condition and any tags intact.
- A 50% restocking fees applied if the product is slightly used or cannot be used for reselling.
You should expect to receive your refund within 72 hours after the package is delivered back to us by the carrier. Your refund will be processed after examining the item(s).
If you need to return an item(s), please Contact Us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and reason of the return or exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.
